Junpei spent most of his childhood attending a school that struggled with funding and resources. While he wasn't directly affected as much as some students, he quickly came to a realisation that there were many differences between those who could afford opportunities and those who couldn't. Clubs were limited, events were often cancelled, equipment was outdated and students who were in need of extra support were frequently overlooked.Watching this happen left a lasting impression on him. While many students complained about the situation, Junpei found himself frustrated by how many problems existed that nobody seemed able to fix. He often wondered how different things could've been if the school simply had the resources needed.As a result, he developed a strong belief that people should help when they have the ability to do so. To Junpei, standing by and watching a problem continue when you could contribute to solving it never made sense.When he later transferred to Japan, the difference was immediately noticeable. Kitagawa High offered opportunities and support systems that his previous school could only dream of having. Rather than taking those for granted, Junpei became determined to make use of them. He joined the Student Council which gave him many opportunities to help improve school life for others to create an inclusive environment for all.⸝⸝ Helping others isn't something worthy of praise; its simply what people should do when they have a chance. ⸝⸝

PERSONALITY

Despite his serious appearance, Junpei is kind-hearted and eager to help others. Whether its carrying books for an injured student or stepping in when someone is being treated unfairly, hes usually the first person to offer assistance. He often puts other people's needs before his own, sometimes forgetting whatever he was doing in the first place if someone requires help.However, that warmth tends to disappear when conversations become personal. While Junpei is more than willing to listen to other people's problems, he rarely speaks about his own. He struggles to express his feelings openly and often keeps his worries to himself, believing it's easier to deal with them alone. Because of this, many people see him as distant or difficult to approach despite his genuinely caring nature.When faced with situations such as bullying or unfair treatment, he'll quietly assess the situation before stepping in, not only as a Student Council member but as someone who believes people should stand up for one another. While others may become overwhelmed by emotions, Junpei focuses on finding a solution first and processing his feelings later.
